Is It Spring Yet?

Spring is getting closer and closer and at GAVIN we have everything you need to be glamorous, chic and comfortable. A soft sheath braided in back, a Bardot inspired trench, (that won’t break the bank) and little leather pieces, think a tan tank, a butter soft dove skirt, and a black leather tee, that will perk up any wardrobe. We also have some great bell bottom denim, an absolute must for this season and of course going into fall. Coming mid- April are a great collection of equipment blouses in the all important bright colors so strong for this spring……orange, hot pink, bright yellow, lime green, perfect under a suit that needs updating or with your new wide leg trousers. As usual we have a wonderful assortment of party dresses, think that all important cocktail party where you want to be THE star and yet retain your ladylike polish!
We have a special treat for Retail Therapy night, April 14, 6-9. Bring in a pair of old denim and we will donate them to the kids at Girls Hope and receive 50% off your second pair of jeans when you buy the first at full price. As usual we will have snacks and wine.
Heading off to Paris to do some shopping and to visit my daughter Gavin, who is studying at the Sorbonne. Can’t wait to report back and tell you what all of the chic French women are wearing. I just love sitting at Les Deux Magots, my favorite corner of Paris. Another great spot is L’Avenue on the Champs. I’ve seen everyone from Catherine Deneuve to Bono, so fun to just sit with a glass of wine and hang.
